Ham, Oscar Myer Uncured Smoked sammich ham. It was what I had open. Forgot, but I had a can of country style sausage gravy that would have gone well on the final heap....would have been even more like Aweful Houses great hash browns.

Next year I will be prepared and have more of the usual toppings I like.

Been on the road with a death in the family and funeral, so was craving a good batch of hash browns. So that is what I made!

Poblano, onion, garlic, and ham cooking in the sausage grease

All in and working on the browning

Final product with over easy and toast! YUM

Love taters and asparagus, salmon not so much! In Alaska, I loved to catch them and the family loved to eat them. Win/win!

Yes, use it a lot. Great for bacon, french fries and lots of stuff. Also use an Instant Pot a lot.
