Tired of over paying for a weak kneed 223/556? get what the Special Forces developed!

Order one from Stag today and the wait is 9 mos to a year

The 6.8X43 was developed as an improved CQB cartridge by the 5th Group Special Forces, it is now very popular with hog hunters because of the devastating performance combined with the AR15 platform.
It has apx 80% of the performance of the 308 in a much lighter platform.

Lower NFA, Commercial Magpul Butt Stock CTR and Grip, 1 25 rd mag

Stag M4 Profile 16" chrome lined 1-11 twist 4 groove, forged and mil spec Stag upper, very accurate, 100 or less rds thru it. YHM Compensator, Troy Extreme 9" FDE handguard with rails, Stag BCG, Badger Tac charging handle release.

This comes w the original barrel nut and handguard, also the Troy barrel nut wrench

Thanks, i just built a new one and don't really need 2. As difficult as it is to get parts I thought I might help someone out with this. You can still buy a 223/556 upper and have 2 caliber on the platform.

This is a hunting rifle and a competent combat rifle. Several Foreign Special Services are going with the 6.8. Jordan, Israel, Saudi, and others. So much in fact Federal has a dedicated line just for the ammo and LWRC has a dedicated new battle rifle for the caliber that is being made for foreign services. It is the second fastest growing caliber in the AR platform, Federal has announced civilian sales of ammo for 2013 and Tula is working on the line as soon as they catch up with production.

I have another and yes she does...LOL I thought about setting this up for a dedicated night vision rifle due to the low recoil but just could not afford to get what I wanted.

Hugh, really I feel bad about it too but seemed to me the current going price set up the way it is, gouging would have been $3550...Did I mention it is sighted in already??

Oh it's sighted in??? Well now, that's a whole different animal!!

I've been seriously thinking about a 6.8 for a while now. For all the reasons you mentioned!

Really, really tempting! Must resist for now. Someone's gonna get a helluva system!

Oh man that is tempting and really not a bad price at all! Does it come with a divorce lawyer? I might need one if I give in to little devil on my shoulder telling me I need this gun.

    Frank,

I'm a hunter, the majority of my guns are used for hunting. However, I do own a few assult rifles for fun. With that said, this is the first gun that really catches my eye and gets me excited. I'm not ready to spend that much right now, but I just wanted to say how nice that rifle looks and I consider it one of the best I have seen on the forum in a long time.

    Very nice
