Just bought a new house that was a foreclosure and can't for the life of me find where the pool pomp gets power from. Wires go into plastic conduit then underground.

Anyone in the Bay county area have one of the tools to trace wire underground and want to come by and give me a hand?

yep, same here......if I was only closer.
I have the right equipment for that job. toner/TDR and other style underground cable locators.

i'm sure you have someone in your area that has the same.

are you around Dwight, tyndel, or PSJ ? I know a few HV splicers in that area.

You could probably tones the lines with one of the cheaper toners at home depot, Lowes etc..
Assuming they aren't too deep and you don't have a lot of ambient noise around your neighborhood.

The power has to originate from either the main panel or a service disconnect breaker near the meter ( most likely) You may have a service disconnect box somewhere in between ....but those are supposed to be within direct sight of the device its powering.
A thin rod can be used as a ground probe to trace plumbing and conduit ....not as easy as a detector....but will work if there is no power to the circuit.
I would just start identifying all the other circuits in the panels first....and then worry about tracing the line - which isnt really important anyway ( unless it's cut).
Check for voltage at the pump/ timer with a volt meter to make sure it's actually dead....then see if you can find the beaker .
Keep in mind that the breaker may be bad.
