I'm at work today, for the first time this week. I got some sort of virus or stomach bug starting Sunday evening that put me out of commission for 3 full days. I still don't have much energy, but at least I can hold down food and water now.

Glad to hear you're feeling better!

Every time I get the stomach bug, I think of a bidet. Used one in NYC a few years ago. It was great and full Monty, hot and cold water with blow dry.
Tried the very basic model recently in NOLA and was impressed. I don't have large bathrooms, so I ordered from Amazon and installed two of these. They should pay for themselves soon in toilet paper savings. If you don't like it, don't turn it on.

Hope this link works, if not, google luxe bidet neo 120.
    Enjoy

Now you have done it, I am considering this now. My wife must get 4 pees per roll of TP how does it do with their frontal area?

Good question. I see the neo 180 is equipped with dual nozzles for rear and frontal wash for a few dollars more (mid $40s).

If you get one and don't have a lot of room, install the plumbing first, then the bidet. If you put the bidet in first, it's in the way.

Get your own pipe thread tape, you will figure out why trying to use what is supplied.

When testing, do not open the wall valve all the way. You will figure out why rather quickly. Adjust valve to suit desired (pleasureable) pressure.

I'm now taking a 180 for my aunt and uncle (81 and 91 years old) next weekend. She's looking forward to it, he's suspicious of change.

    Thanks for the question, Frank

Can you jack up the water pressure to that of a pressure washer ??
