I went to the local gun store yesterday hoping to buy a 75 round drum mag for my AK. They didn't have any in stock. So, I went home and orders 1,000 of 7.62x39, 1,000 9x18 Makarov HPs, and 250 of .45. I am happy.

Went out to CORE for some practice time. Really loving the Steiner...

My plastic (original Swiss made December of 1955) P210 grips just arrived. Some like fancier grips...me, I wanted a more simple classic look for my P210. I can always change them back. Gives a thinner grip for me for shooting. Also did a translation of the Swiss label on the P210 box. Mine originally came with fixed sights.

Upside down, oh well. It looked OK in the computer. Also, that is not wear in the groove near the muzzle. It's just reflection off the grease there.

I loaded 1K .40 S&W yesterday and another 200 this morning. I would like to load more today, but I'm almost out of powder and the only local store that has it is closed today.

I've got a lot of adulting to do today, but I'm going to try to get out to the FOP range this afternoon if I have time.

Loaded 200 rounds (my first) on my new Dillon and shot an IDPA match at Hurlburt Field. Rounds shot great with no issues. Need to tweak the crimp a little but but no big issue.I think I'm going to have alot of fun with my new toy!

I overpaid for powder at Bass Pro yesterday so I could load up as much ammo as possible yesterday afternoon while I had time, since I may be moving soon. I got through about 400 rounds before I ran out of clean brass. When I went to empty my tumbler, I discovered that I forgot to add brass to it when I turned it on Friday afternoon. So instead of being able to load more, I had to resort to case gauging. My plan is to try and knock out 6-700 more this afternoon. I'd like to have ~2500 loaded rounds with my new recipe before I have to start packing up my gun room.

Before you pay Bass Pro prices again, ask me if I have what you need. Friends don't let friends shop at Bass Pro......

I could have waited until today to pick up some WST from Gold Mine, but I was killing time yesterday before an appointment and decided to run into Bass Pro just to see if they happened to have it. They did, so I bought some. I planned on using most of it yesterday afternoon, had I remembered to clean the brass on Friday.

But next time I'll keep you in mind because it was definitely hard to swallow paying $34 for a pound of powder.

This morning I started messing around in sketchup to see how I may want to setup my new gun/reloading room. This is what I've got so far:
