I'm building a new ar15 in x39, just need enough ammo to do my function test and zero in. I can order online, but wanted to see if anyone here has some that they don't mind selling or trading for. I have 5.56, .223, 9mm, 40 s&w to trade if you need any of these calibers. If you are selling it, I will pay current ammo seek prices. If you want to trade, I will trade you based on Ammo Seek prices.

I got 2 Duramags from Primary Arms, had a coupon code for them, and a couple of ASC mags. I kind of figured that I would try out whichever one is more reliable. And, I went with a 16" Gorilla Machining 1:10 barrel, once again, it was on sale and I got a coupon code for it. It's tough being a cheap bastard....lol

I have some you can have for free. Would 60 rounds do it?
BowFreak, thank you, sir. that would be plenty. I need to schedule some time so I can drive to Baker. I live in PCola and work in Orange Beach. I just need 20-40 or rounds to check my build (feeding, ejection, etc), adjust my gas block and hopefully zero in. The last pieces of the build should be here tomorrow, so I can finish up and go to the range next week. I have bought ammo online already, but it hasn't shipped yet, and I didn't pay for expedited shipping (because I'm cheap like that...lol)

    Thanks for all everyones help

Ammo- Gulf Coast Guns in Milton for 762x39 Wolf 123gr, cheaper than shipping and last I saw he had about 40 cases still. Runs in my AR47s perfectly. I’ve got DuraMags, ProMags and another al all feed great with ZERO issues 28/30rd mags. Not sure if GCG has mags but ammo yes!

Also I would recommend on any build an enhanced Wolff Hammer spring and a modified Firing pin. Bad ass round! I’m extremely impressed with it, versus a 223/556 this round destroyed a 15” oak dead center many times straight through. All FMJ but for 150 yards, it’s MONEY!

When I got the bolt, I got the enhanced firing pin. This is going to live on my skeletonized upper and lower so I went with a 1 piece fcg. Thanks for the info on Gulf Coast Guns, I will have to check them out.

I’ve originally shot with standard hammer spring with no failures too but..... eliminates a possible issue with harder and deeper primers. Good luck mine shoots great!

I have an extra wolf hammer spring. My build only needed the extended firing pin. If you find out after testing that you need one let me know....id just have to find it lol

Check styx out. I'm fairly certain they had some in stock when I was in there Wednesday.
