      So I got a old Nikon 3X9X40 that is one of the best 100 yard scopes I've ever owned. Over the years my kids lost the elevation and right to left turret covers. Anyone got a broken one they can part with?

      I still think this will not stand! I hope I'm right. The precedent has already been set with the EPA making laws and getting smacked down. This is in the same category!! At least the house is red for the time being.

      I think I'll hang tight and wait until this plays out in court. The EPA just got slapped for pulling the same shit. A federal judge confired only congress can make laws, I see this falling by the wayside!!
