      Well at least you gave it a try. I actually sold a S&W shield to get my 45, I like it so much, I got a 19, and 43x. Not for everyone. That’s what make the world go round. I can tell you, if it wasn’t for the backstraps I would be in 100% agreement with you. Good luck with the sell when you do.

      Out of curiosity, what didn’t you like? I hated them for years, until the backstraps came along. Now with the beaver tail, I don’t get bit. I must say the Glock 45 fits my hand better than my 19.
