Location? Maybe around Elgin? Is that a "must sell through a FFL or only if it requires shipping? Like others asked, mor details on the Rifle level of build/parts, type stock, scope would really help.

Maybe seller only wants to use phone msgs as he stated since there's no seller response yet.
